Inside there are organic and biodynamic fruit & vegetables, a wonderful collection of packaged organic produce, fresh bread (delivered twice weekly), freshly made vegetarian dishes and sweets along with a range of organic body products and toiletries. Venture further in past the coffee machine and the food display and you will discover the tiny cafe. Zen Eden serves vegetarian food prepared fresh daily. A selection of cakes and desserts are also cooked on the premises. The organic Fairtrade coffee comes to you 'just right'. Many of the organic vegetables served fresh or as bottled produce are produced at the owners' extensive gardens on their property just out of Maldon.

In 1999 Sandra created and produced Australia’s leading nutritional vegetarian cookbook on video (and now on DVD) "Sandra’s Whole Cuisine".
