Marinated Tofu Kebabs

You will need:
     Kebabs
          1 block        firm tofu
                             mushrooms, sliced
                             capsicum, cut into large chunks
                             purple salad onion, cut into large chunks
                             zucchini, cut into large chunks
                             kebab sticks
     Marinade
          2 tbsp          apple cider vinegar
          1/2               lime (or lemon), juiced
                             tamari (or soy sauce) (tamari is preferred
                                  for a milder, less salty marinade)
                             olive oil
                             fresh garlic, finely chopped or minced
                             sesame seeds
Method:
     1 Chop tofu into large chunks and place in a container
        with a sealable lid.
     2 Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour
        mixture over the tofu. Seal container and shake. 
        Leave for an hour or more (overnight is good).
     3 Take kebab sticks and soak in water for ten minutes.
     4 Place tofu and vegetables alternately (each colour
        alternating is attractive) onto the kebab sticks and
        continue until all ingredients are used.
     5 Baste with olive oil and place onto the BBQ, turning
        when each side is cooked.
